The median dwelling price of Australia hit $649,100. This takes into account all property across Australia, including apartments and houses in all areas. It shows just how much property values are growing across the nation and it doesn’t look like slowing down any time soon.
Values across Australia went up by $631 billion in the 2017 financial year to a new value of $6.72 trillion. This is an increase of over 53% since the start of 2012.
