Dunk Island which is located in the Whitsunday Island chain is set to be sold to a cryptocurrency consortium. The island is valued at around $25 million and is currently under a due diligence period with “Royalty Blockchain”
The island has never really recovered from being devastated by cyclone Yasi in 2011 but with new interest from buyers it will hopefully be turned around.
