REIWA latest figures released show that Perth rents have increased for the 3 months to July by $10pw bringing the median rent to $440pw. Other good news is that rental vacancies remain low at 1.9% for the city.
This could be a seen as turning point for the WA market. High rents, low vacancy rates and strong population growth are all the ingredients that any Australian property investment advisor is looking for.
