The RBA has decided to keep interest rates on hold for another month at 4.5%. This is really good news for property investors.

The halt on rate increases keeps the cost of ownership down and creates more confidence in the market around affordability and budgeting. Although rates are slightly higher than recent averages, cash flow positive property can still be found if you know what you are looking for.

This may mean looking outside of the normal 4-bedroom family house to some type of multi-unit dwelling that produces more rent.
