The recent Industry Insights report prepared by The National Property Research Company (NPR Co), who also give Australian investment property advice has determined that Queensland’s hotspots are in the Southeast corner of the state.
The report gather intelligence from industry players from 15 different regions from developers, agents and property investment advisors.
All contributors agreed that regional markets that rely on mining have now had their day and that the south east still had a long cycle ahead of it. They also stated that infrastructure improvements and value for money were cited as factors that were having a positive effect on the steady increasing southeast corner.
