This is just a quick heads up – if you are an investor with a property portfolio, no doubt you will need maintenance at some stage. The QBCC has just released a public warning not to deal with a company called “Plumbing Detectives” or a man named “Belal Dassouki.”
The QBCC warning goes out as these people have been acting without a building license and giving false details regarding this.
Having to pay for repairs to a property is bad enough. Let alone to someone who is not licensed and purports to be.
Be careful people.
